For MCR03 series resistors, the printing process restricts the marking to three digits/characters.
Consequently, 1% tolerance resistors with values fromthe E24 series will be marked the same as 5% resistors with the same value,
but 1% tolerance resistors with values fromthe E96 series will not be marked.
