CHARACTERISTICS. BITS ARE FULLY SWITCHED WITH LESS
THAN 1/2 LSB ERROR, AT LESS THAN ±100mV FROM ACTUAL
THRESHOLD. THESE SWITCHING POINTS ARE GUARANTEED
TO LIE BETWEEN 0.8V AND 2.0V OVER THE OPERATING
TEMPERATURE RANGE (VLC = 0.0V).
