• “000000002” where “L” is inputted to the CNVSS pin
• “000000102” where “H” is inputted to the CNVSS pin

• “000000002” where the PM01 to PM00 bits in the PM0 register are “002” (single-chip mode)
• “000000102” where the PM01 to PM00 bits in the PM0 register are “012” (memory expansion mode) or
“112” (microprocessor mode)
