1. Duty cycle skew is the difference between a tPLH and tPHL propagation delay through a device.
2. VPP is the peak-to-peak differential input swing for which AC parameters are guaranteed. The device has a voltage gain of 20 to Q/Q¯ outputs
and a voltage gain of 100 to QHG/Q¯ HG outputs.
